Mystery Shopping - We send in an anonymous person acting as one of your customers, who ultimately completes an online form detailing their experience.
Integrity Shopping - We schedule a highly trained mystery shopper to watch a bartender to make sure they are not stealing, over-pouring, etc. We can schedule a mystery shopper to enter a retail store and leave cash for a purchase without waiting for the receipt. We provide the time and the name of the product, the client reviews a register reading to verify that the transaction was completed properly.
Phone Shops - We schedule mystery shoppers to make calls to your locations to verify that they are using proper phone etiquette, can speak about current promotions, etc. We can also audio record these calls.
E-Surveys/ICR - We build a survey and provide it to the client so that the survey can be accessed by their customers via their website, embedded in an e-mail or supplied to field management to record their findings when visiting the locations..
IVR - is an interactive technology that allows a computer to detect voice and keypad inputs. IVR allows customers to provide feedback on their experience via any telephone. The number that the customer calls is typically placed at the bottom of the receipt, but can be displayed anywhere.
CTR – Much like IVR, CTR is responding to a survey via text messaging on a cell phone. The customer texts to a particular number that sends questions back to the customer’s cell phone one at a time.
Loss Prevention - Program meant to prevent the loss of cash and inventory in a stores and restaurants caused by employee, customer, and other forms of theft and fraud. Loss Prevention programs typically include a minimum of the following components:
- Business Abuse Hotline
- Monthly or Quarterly Mystery/Integrity shopping visits.
- Development of a "Rules of Conduct", or other Loss Prevention Policies and Procedures for the client to implement in their locations.
- Semi Annual Loss Prevention Audits
- Theft and other loss Investigations.
- Corporate loss prevention and security guidance and support.
Royalty Assurance - A franchise concept is based on franchise owners paying a percentage of their unit sales to the franchisor in the form of a royalty payment. Some franchise owners cheat the system by not reporting all their sales (underreporting). We create programs to help ensure the honest declaration of sales, and the subsequent payment of royalties by the franchisee to the franchisor.
Business Standards Evaluations - Retail and Restaurant companies alike have operational standards requirements that apply to company owned and/or franchised locations. These often include food safety, cash handling, customer service, inventory controls, and other standards required by the brand. Our experience in both the retail and restaurant industries gives us the expertise necessary to objectively evaluate your business standards. Using our national workforce we will conduct inspections and audits in a format approved by our client, as frequently as required.
