Satisfaction Surveys

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Customer satisfaction is one of the most important parts of any business. Customer satisfaction measurement is important. Leaving it unmeasured won’t allow a company to improve customer satisfaction or determine what areas need more attention than others. Service Sleuth uses several methods and tools to efficiently collect the data that will show you how satisfied your customers really are.

Employee Satisfaction Surveys

Sometimes companies underestimate the effect of employee discontent. Why not be proactive and find out how happy your employees are, what benefits they may want to see added, or what they’re biggest concern is? Service Sleuth can collect the data for you and turn it into a report that is effective and easily understandable.

Satisfaction Surveys can be completed through these vehicles:

  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) – Provides the client with a phone number that customers can call to provide feedback on their experience with the company. IVR quickly delivers small amounts of data. It does not allow for text input, all questions must be concise and it must be in multiple-choice format.
  • Interactive Computer Response (ICR)- A website is provided to clients (often on their receipt) so that customers can complete an online survey following a visit to a particular location. You can offer an incentive on the receipt to drive response too. This allows you to get valuable, concise data in real time.
  • Smartphone Instant Surveys – Another way to get this type of data is to provide clients with a way of completing a survey on their phone. Much like ICR, smartphone surveys provide a survey to the client via a text message. Customers can take the survey while they are still eating a meal at your restaurant or waiting to get their oil changed. You can provide an incentive (a discount off a product or service), which encourages them to finish the survey while they are at your location.
  • E-Surveys – Using our software, we can collect data in an electronic format like over email or through a website. This allows us to gather the data rapidly, compile it in a report and send it off to you in real-time.
