Integrity Shopping – HS Brands can test the integrity of employees by through a series of special shops. For example, we schedule a highly trained mystery shopper to watch a bartender to make sure they are not stealing tips, over-pouring alcohol, etc. We can schedule a contractor to enter a retail store and leave cash for a purchase without waiting for the receipt. We provide the time and the name of the product, the client reviews a register reading to verify that the transaction was completed properly. This is one of our most popular secret shopping services.
Phone Shops – We schedule contractors to make calls to your locations to verify that they are using proper phone etiquette, can speak about current promotions, etc. We can also audio record these calls (legal for most states in the US).
E-Forms – Using our software, we can collect data from many different areas of your business. We can build surveys to be completed internally by your employees that yield important data pertaining to your business.
