• Interactive Voice Response (IVR) - Provides the client with a phone number that customers can call to provide feedback on their experience with the company. IVR quickly delivers small amounts of data. It does not allow for text input, all questions must be concise and it must be in multiple-choice format. These IVR survey phone numbers are typically at the bottom of a receipt.

• Interactive Computer Response (ICR) - A website is provided to clients on their receipt so that customers can complete an online survey following a visit to a particular location. You can offer an incentive on the receipt to drive response too. This allows you to get valuable, concise data in real time.

• Cellular Text Response (CTR) - Another way to get this type of data is to provide clients with a way of completing a survey on their phone. Much like ICR, CTR provides a survey to the client via a text message. Customers can take the survey while they are still eating a meal at your restaurant or waiting to get their oil changed. You can provide an incentive (a discount off a product or service), which encourages them to finish the survey while they are at your location.

• E-Forms - Using our software, we can collect data from many different areas. We can build surveys to be completed by your customers that yield important data pertaining to your business. Surveys can be delivered to your customers via electronic comment card on your website, an email blast or a survey that can be accessed on a smartphone. The benefit is the ability to access real time data with detailed responses from your customers.
