IVR/ICR/E-Surveys & Texting 

  • IVR (Interactive Voice Response) We provide the client with a phone number that their customers can call to provide feedback on their experience at the establishment. These numbers are typically at the bottom of a receipt. IVR allows for fast delivery of small amounts of data. It does not allow for text input, all questions must be short and multiple choice.
  • ICR (Interactive Computer Response) We provide a text messaging number for the client to display in their establishment, allowing customers to provide feedback on their experience as it is happening. This is the newest use of cell phone technology to get a small amount of data on as many customers as possible. Questions appear on the customer’s cell phone one at a time, requiring them to answer with a number. After all of the questions have been answered, a receipt can be texted back to them to use as a coupon.
  • E-Surveys (E-Comment Cards, Field Survey Management) - Using our software, we can collect data from many different areas. Whether it is a link on your website for customers to fill out (E-Comment Card) or in an e-mail sent to your clients (E-Survey) or a survey that can be accessed via a smart phone (ICR Deluxe), we can build a survey of any kind to be completed. You will have access to the data as it is recieved in real-time. Imagine having exit interviews done and seeing the results of the respondents as fast as they are collected!
  • Texting (CTR or Cellular Texting Response) - As proof of our ability to stay ahead of the crowd in the technological advances, we have created a system that allows clients to collect surveys via text messaging. Imagine sitting in a restaurant and seeing a posted number offering $1 off your dessert for answering 3 quick questions while you finish your dinner. The reposnses come in real-time, then a coupon for the $1 off appears on the cell phone. The ability to find out what your customers think while they are still in the building is a very powerful tool and extremely cost effective.
