Tom was great to work with - at the time we had NO idea what the mystery shopping industry was about and Tom&#039;s patience and insight was critical to getting SASSIE up and running. It was also the exact right time and the exact right industry to build a web application for: mystery shopping is perfectly suited for the internet and the tools had just barely become robust enough to support the building a big application.

P.S.  Those dates are a little off - as you can see from the gold plaque on Tom&#039;s blueprint, SASSIE was &quot;conceived&quot; in 1999!  But that&#039;s OK - SASSIE likes it when people think she&#039;s younger than she actually is!</description>
