Mike Mershimer, COO - Before starting his own firm, Mike held executive loss prevention positions for some of the world’s favorite brands, including Dunkin Donuts, American Greetings, Bath & Body Works and Quiznos Subs. He is the founder of the National Restaurant Association’s Loss Prevention Executive Study Group. Mike has also held board seats with the National Food Service Security Council and the National Restaurant Association’s Internal Audit Executive Study Group.
